Flick gives you three distinct levels of control so that the right people have the right access — from top-level administration down to individual group members.
Company Admin
Manages all the Groups and Users under the account. Sets up branding settings and monitors usage on the Company Dashboard.
Group Admin
Each Group Admin can manage the content for that group and can invite people to view and edit content, even promote others to assist. For example, a school could be the main account and a basketball team could be a group — with parents helping manage game photos.
Members & Viewers
Members can upload and manage their own files within groups they belong to. Everyone sees what they need, nothing they don't.

AI Image Classification
Every image you upload is automatically analyzed by AI. Descriptions and keywords are generated instantly, making your photos searchable without any manual work.
Auto-Describe
AI writes a natural-language description of every photo — what's in it, the setting, and key details.
Smart Keywords
